On Demand Servicing
There are situations when you’re not able to take your bicycle or ebike to a workshop for repair. This could be for a number of reasons:
- No time during the week to get to a shop
- Not able to take a broken bicycle or ebike to a shop
- Need an urgent repair
Fix Your Cycle “On-demand” service provides a fully equipped bicycle / ebike mechanic to come to your home or work premises to service or repair your bicycle.
The benefits are:
- 90% of repairs can be completed on the same day
- Schedule a convenient time for you to have your bike repaired
- No commitment on spend, we will come out for a simple puncture repair
- No hassle of having to take the bike to a workshop
- Fast turnaround for emergency repairs
If a repair or service cannot be completed on-site the bike will be taken to one of our workshops and then returned.
With regards to servicing, Bronze servicing can be completed on-site but for Silver and Gold we would recommend the bike is taken to one of our workshops and then returned once completed.
The cost is £60.00 for the call-out and then the cost of the repair. The cost of the repair is the same whether completed on-site or in our workshop. Also if the bike needs to be taken to our workshop there is no additional charge.
