Social Enterprise

Recycle your Cycle is a social enterprise subsidiary, operated and run by Fix your Cycle. At Recycle your cycle, we run workshops in 10 prisons around the UK to teach prisoners a skill while undergoing rehabilitation with the goal of providing support during their transition back into society. These refurbished bikes and then supplied to UK charity retailers for them to sell to raise additional funds for their cause. Our objective is to maximize their social and financial potential upon release which in turn reduces the rate of reoffending.

PARTNERS WITH THE PRISON SERVICE, WE TRAIN OFFENDERS TO REPAIR & REFURBISH BIKES TO BE SUPPLIED TO THE UK CHARITY SECTOR.

The impact of our investment of teaching time at the prison workshops is immeasurable in our society and we intend to continue our impacted efforts and to a broader outreach of prisons around the UK. If you’d like to know more and support us to help us continue our vital work, please get in touch to know more.

“Quick and professional, and the guy behind the desk is an absolute gem every time I've gone in there he's gone above and beyond. Well worth a little extra distance for the service here.”
